I never had this toy, but I remember our neighbor having the real washing machine. I used to love helping her wring the clothes to get the water out before she hung them outside on the line. (No, we didn't have electric dryers then.) Well, that work remained fun until the day when I found my arm being wrung out up to the elbow. I still don't understand why It wasn't broken!!

I had one of these when I was little and would love to purchase one. I have been searching the net with no results. Any suggestions on where one might look????

I have this same toy. I remember using it as a child to wash the doll clothes. Is there anywhere to go to on the web to find missing parts. I am missing the wringer, agitator and the lid.
Thanks.
